devil drinks white
so this is the title for my storyboard. just so you know, i didn't choose it. it was from one of the 4 scenario's us film students could choose from. it's not a bad title come to think of it.
anyway, just to let you know, a storyboard is a series of sketches in the form of frames, that show the plot, action, characters and the setting of a film. its basically a print rendition of the final film! seeing as i really want to get into the production stream in my film course next year, this assignment = very important! normally, a storyboard just needs to be rough sketches...in order to get the idea across, but seeing as christina has not inherited her father's drawing skills, she has decided to take pictures! yay! (note to self - don't talk in the 3rd person, its just stupid)
so my little 'photoshoot' happened last night and it was great. didn't manage to take all the pictures i need for my sb because not all of my 'models' were at home last night, so hopefully il finish it off tonight! oh by the way, all 14 of my housemates are my models! they were absolutely brilliant last night. really helpful and easy to work with. i guess they had to be! but anyway...
i got all the girls to dress up, which, let's face it...is awesome fun and the guys went all out as well! i set up the living/tv room area to look like a cocktail/dinner party section of the house, put a ‘bar’ in the corner and placed all the alcoholic bottles that we own onto this table, as well as rob’s fish! also lit all these candles we had lying around the house and put them everywhere.
so i think i managed to depict the kind of scene i was going for. now all i need to do is choose the right pictures and put them together! lets say im in the editing phase of my little scene in my film!
